• Discover & Clarify what you want to let go of as you move through midlife.
• Find guideposts to help you as you encounter the challenges of the midlife passage.
• Identify specific steps that move you toward your dreams.

ABOUT YOUR CLASS LEADERS:

Chris Rummer is a coach and psychologist in Seattle. Originally trained in Developmental Psychology, she has now experienced enough transition to find her own passion, which is helping people creatively come home to themselves, regardless of where life takes them. Joanne Cohen-Katz, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist who specializes in womens' issues and health psychology. She is also passionate about teaching mindfulness to a variety of clients, including medical patients, health care professionals, and others. Her own midlife passage is a work in progress, and includes becoming a mother at age 44 (and being insane enough to repeat it at age 47), and finding her calling in her work at the same time.
